Team Objectives
This is all about development at this age. So, although the desire to win games will be present in the team 'attitude', we won't be putting direct pressure on the team members.

Also, apart from the core area of football/training, we will be focusing on ethical topics such as respect, teamwork, encouragement, friendship, education and hopefully enjoyment, which will help them acquire the necessary skills for adult life.

If the players still have the passion and enjoyment for their Football by the time they reach the 11-a-side stage then we have accomplished our aims as Parents and Coaches.

1. Non contact Training
The training will be strictly non contact unless a 'First Aider' is present. This can be in the form of a coach or parent with a current certificate. If anyone is currently qualified can they put their name forward.

2. First aid kit at all Training/Games
The purchase of a suitable first aid kit which will be made available at all training and games

3. Protective Equipment
Players must always wear Shin Pads for training and games.

4. Respect
Players must respect each other, Coaches, Officials and Parents.

5. 'Foul' language
The use of foul Language will not be tolerated in training or games. Any player who uses foul language, will be asked to leave the field of play for an indefinite period. (Coaches discretion). There will be a 'Zero Tolerance' principle against the use of foul language directed at the Manager/Coaches. Any player who is in breach of this rule will be asked to leave the team, with any monies payed are non-refundable.

6. Guaranteed games
If the players attendance at training is on a regular and punctual basis they will be playing in competitive games using a 'Roll on', 'Roll off' system.

7. End of Season Awards
